Ingredients
- 4 Lbs Pork Roast
- 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary, Chopped
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Thyme, Chopped
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and olive oil to create a paste.
Rub the herb paste generously all over the pork roast.
- Tie the roast with kitchen twine to ensure it stays in shape during cooking.
Secure the pork roast onto the rotisserie spit, ensuring it is well balanced.
Preheat your BBQ grill to medium heat (around 350°F).
Attach the rotisserie to the grill and cook for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Allow the pork roast to rest for 10 Minutes before slicing.
