A timeless favorite, this rotisserie chicken is seasoned with a simple yet flavorful blend of salt, pepper, garlic, and herbs. The slow cooking on a rotisserie ensures a juicy interior with a perfectly crispy, golden-brown skin.

Ingredients
- 1 Whole Chicken (4-5 Lbs)
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 2 Tbsp Dried Thyme
- 2 Tbsp Dried Rosemary
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
Rub the chicken with olive oil to ensure the seasoning sticks.
Mix the salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme, and rosemary.
Rub this mixture evenly over the chicken, including inside the cavity.
- Tie the legs together and tuck the wings under to ensure even cooking.
Secure the chicken on the rotisserie spit, ensuring it is balanced for even rotation.
Preheat your BBQ grill to medium heat (around 350°F).
Place the rotisserie attachment onto the grill.
Cook the chicken for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F in the thickest part of the thigh.
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 10 Minutes before carving.
Serve with your favorite side dishes.
