Classic BBQ Pulled Pork

Slow-cooked to perfection on the BBQ, this pulled pork is tender, juicy, and packed with smoky flavor, mixed with a rich BBQ sauce.

Ingredients
- 5 Lbs Pork Shoulder (Boston Butt)
- 2 Tbsp Kosher Salt
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Cumin
- 1 Cup Bbq Sauce
Directions
Mix together the salt, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cumin in a bowl.
Rub the mixture all over the pork shoulder.
Preheat your BBQ grill to low heat (around 250°F).
Place the pork shoulder on the grill, away from direct heat.
Close the lid and cook for 4-5 hours, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 195°F.
Remove the pork from the grill and let it rest for 30 Minutes.
Shred the pork using two forks, discarding any large pieces of fat.
Mix the shredded pork with BBQ sauce and serve.
