These Moroccan Spiced Lamb Kabobs are bursting with vibrant flavors from a blend of traditional Moroccan spices. Grilled on skewers, the lamb becomes tender and smoky, perfect for a taste of North Africa at your backyard BBQ.

Ingredients
- 1 Lb Lamb Shoulder, Cut Into 1-Inch Cubes
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 Tsp Ground Coriander
- 1 Tsp Ground Paprika
- 1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp Ground Turmeric
- 1/2 Tsp Ground Cayenne Pepper
- 3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley, Chopped
- Salt And Pepper, To Taste
- Wooden Skewers, Soaked In Water For 30 Minutes
Directions
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, turmeric, cayenne pepper, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Add the lamb cubes and toss to coat thoroughly.
Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for more intense flavor.
Preheat your BBQ grill to medium-high heat.
Thread the lamb cubes onto the soaked skewers.
Grill the Kabobs for about 8-10 Minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra chopped parsley if desired.
