This BBQ smoked turkey breast is tender and juicy, infused with a sweet and smoky BBQ rub that enhances the natural flavor of the turkey. Perfect for a festive gathering or a summer cookout.

Ingredients
- 1 Whole Turkey Breast (Approximately 4 Lbs)
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (Optional)
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup Apple Juice (For Basting)
Directions
Preheat your BBQ grill to medium heat (around 225°F) for indirect cooking.
In a bowl, combine brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to create the rub.
- Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, then generously coat it with the BBQ rub, making sure to cover all sides.
Place the turkey breast on the grill over indirect heat.
Cover the grill and cook for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Every 30 Minutes, baste the turkey breast with apple juice to keep it moist and add flavor
Once cooked, remove the turkey breast from the grill and let it rest for 10 Minutes before slicing.
Serve with your favorite BBQ sauce.
