Take the classic campfire treat to the grill! Gooey marshmallows, melty chocolate, and crisp graham crackers are transformed into a perfectly grilled dessert.
BBQ S’mores

Ingredients

  • 8 Large Marshmallows
  • 8 Graham Cracker Squares
  • 4 Chocolate Bars (Such As Hershey’S)
  • 4 Tbsp Unsalted Butter, Melted

Directions

    1. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Skewer the marshmallows and grill for 1-2 Minutes, turning frequently until golden brown and soft.

    1. Brush the graham crackers with melted butter and place them on the grill for 1 minute to warm and lightly toast.

    2. Remove the graham crackers from the grill, place a chocolate bar on one graham cracker, top with the grilled marshmallow, and sandwich with another graham cracker.

    1. Serve immediately, while the chocolate is melty and the marshmallow is gooey.
