Meet Jared Campbell, a passionate and adventurous personal chef whose culinary journey has been as diverse and inspiring as the dishes he creates. Hailing from the picturesque Hill Country town of Boerne, Texas, Jared’s love for cooking was ignited while working in local restaurants. His career path, however, has been anything but ordinary.
Seeking both culinary and life adventures, Jared left Texas for Colorado, where he worked at Rex’s Family of Restaurants and the renowned French bistro Bon Vivant, located an astounding 11,000 feet above sea level. The high-altitude culinary challenges only deepened his love for the craft. Vermont soon called, and Jared honed his catering expertise at Basin Harbor Club, playing a crucial role in large-scale events, including a memorable wedding with over 900 guests.
Now back in Texas, Jared brings his wealth of experience to the most intimate of dining settings: your own home. As a personal chef, he is dedicated to delivering unforgettable meals paired with high-end hospitality. Jared’s approach to cuisine defies labels; rather than confining himself to a specific genre, he focuses on creating bespoke experiences tailored to his clients’ desires.
Recently, Jared competed in the prestigious Southwest Chef Showdown at the Barrett-Jackson Show in Scottsdale, Arizona. Using the state-of-the-art Bear Grill, he crafted incredible dishes that showcased his skill, creativity, and adaptability. The Bear Grill’s superior performance allowed Jared to bring his vision to life and impress both the judges and spectators with his culinary artistry.
When Jared isn’t crafting mouthwatering dishes, you’ll find him embarking on new adventures, both in and out of the kitchen. His love for exploration spills over into his cooking, as he continuously seeks opportunities to infuse his meals with creativity and excitement.
